1. Service Description

OldPhoto provides AI-powered photo restoration and enhancement services through a web-based platform. Users upload photos for processing and may download the results subject to their chosen subscription plan.

2. User Accounts

You may use basic features without an account. Creating an account through Google authentication allows you to manage subscriptions, access restoration history, and download high-resolution results. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly through PayPal. You may cancel at any time — access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

• Free: 2 photos/month, watermarked download
• Plus ($9.9/mo): Unlimited restores, no watermark, high-res
• Pro ($29/mo): 8x super-resolution, priority queue, batch & API

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, obscene, or infringing content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the AI models
• Use automated scripts to abuse the service
• Circumvent subscription restrictions

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your original photos. OldPhoto claims no ownership over uploaded images or restored outputs. The AI models, software, and branding remain the property of OldPhoto.

6. Limitation of Liability

OldPhoto provides the service "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data or restoration quality. AI restoration results are not guaranteed to be historically accurate.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified by email.
