When you use OldPhoto to restore or enhance a photo, the image you upload is processed temporarily on our servers. We do not store your original or restored photos after processing, unless you explicitly save or share them. We do not use your photos to train AI models.

If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and display name — this is used only to identify your account and manage your subscription.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Photo processing: Your uploaded images are processed in real time and deleted shortly after.
• Account management: Your email and name are used to manage your subscription and restore history.
• Analytics: We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand site usage patterns. No personal data or uploaded images are sent to GA4.
• Payments: All payment processing is handled by PayPal. We never see or store your payment card details.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except as required by law or as necessary to provide our service (e.g., PayPal for payment processing).

4. Data Retention

Uploaded photos are deleted from our servers within 24 hours of processing. Account information (email, name) is retained for the duration of your subscription and deleted upon account closure.

5. Cookies

We use minimal cookies: a session cookie for authentication, a localStorage flag for your theme preference, and Google Analytics cookies (if you consent). You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
